Whole Wheat Blueberry Pancakes

I am really trying to find some good recipes to feed the boys for breakfast.  I have had a few that did not turn out so great. However I made this one today and got the "thumbs up".  I doubled the recipe.  1  1/4 cups whole wheat flour, 2 tsp. baking powder, 1 egg, 1 cup milk, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 tbsp sugar, 1/2 cup frozen or fresh blueberries.  Mix flour and baking powder in one bowl.  Beat the egg, add milk, salt and sugar in another bowl.  Stir the 2 bowls together. Proceed to cook up some yummy pancakes.  I would love some more healthy recipes for breakfast.  So pass them along if you have them!

That sounds yummy - we'll have to try it!

One thing my girls love is low-fat vanilla yogurt, topped with blueberries, cut up strawberries and chopped walnuts. They could live off of it!

Keep posting your recipes! I love to try new ones ;-)
